SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description
The Designer Boutique SMS program is operated by Leah Hirth LLC and provides transactional messages requested by customers and separately selected promotional messages. Customers may choose transactional messages, promotional messages, both, or neither.
Customer-Selected Opt-In at Checkout
During in-person checkout, the Designer Boutique checkout screen is presented directly to the customer. The “Transactional text” and “Promotional text” checkboxes are separate and unchecked by default. The customer—not an employee—personally selects each optional category they want. A customer may select either box, both boxes, or neither box and may complete a purchase without consenting to text messages.
Transactional Texts
Selecting the Transactional text checkbox gives consent for requested purchase receipts, appointment scheduling and reminders, order or service updates, and customer-service communications.
Promotional Texts
Selecting the separate Promotional text checkbox gives express consent for promotional messages about sales, new arrivals, special offers, and events. Promotional consent is not bundled with transactional consent.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on purchases, appointments, customer-service activity, and promotional activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. After an opt-out request, the customer may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance. Customers may also contact Designer Boutique at leah@designerboutiquenj.com.
Privacy

Changes
